The Spring House Hotel will be the site of the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. The hotel was built in 1852, and while many of the original elements remain, there is central air conditioning and updated bathrooms. Our venue offers a variety of stay accommodations from hotel rooms to apartments to rental homes/townhouses - call for availability and pricing. Please note that there is a 2 night minimum.

Room Block: There is a 24-room block at the hotel with a variety of room options at different price points. Please call and request the "Silvestri Noon wedding" to book. The room block will be available until 04/01/2024; however, we recommend you call to book as soon as possible.

The Inn at the Spring House, located just next door to the Spring House Hotel, is their sister location. This is a newer property, decorated in a more modern style with very up-to-date furnishings, private bathrooms, and central air conditioning. There is no room block at this hotel. Note: for adults 21 years of age or older, with a limit of two people per room.

Recognized as Block Island’s #1 boutique hotel, Hotel Manisses is located just down the street from the Spring House Hotel (very close walk). Additionally, it is conveniently steps away from the ferry landing and downtown which includes many shops and restaurants. There is also a great restaurant at the hotel.

For families and groups, a good option may be the 1661 Inn and their associated properties. They have a range of cottages and larger rooms, including their main property located next door to the venue. For all details/information re: offerings, we suggest calling at (401) 466-2421.

Weekly Rentals

Rental Homes: A rental house is a great idea for larger groups who are looking to make a trip of it. The two major rental agencies include Sullivan Real Estate and Block Island Realty. Note, many of these offers require a minimum of a week stay. Jay and I will be planning on arriving earlier in the week before the wedding and staying a few days following, so we look forward to spending time with everyone who will be staying on the island for a bit! There are many small inns around the island that are great if people are looking for something with more of a B&B feel. Of note, many of these are a bit more "antique"/older (classic Block Island) . There is a list at the link below with several inn options.
